I recently visited here for kerasmoothing hair treatment and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. During my visit, I suffered a burn from the straightening machine on my face and when I brought it up to the stylist, he didn’t have the courtesy to acknowledge the mistake.I noticed that my baby hairs and new growth felt burnt and had an awful texture.This experience left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I hope they can improve their techniques and customer service moving forward.

I visited 4th time, faced dry and frizzy hair. The stylist suggested Nanoplastia and protein treatment which was suitable for my hair. The effects are very good and my hair has become much more manageable. Definitely recommend visiting the salon!I had frizzy and dry hair which was damaged due to using heat tools. The stylist advises the right treatment of silk and shine which gave me the desired results. I found the salon based its ratings online and came all the way from Borivali. I totally recommend the services here.

This review is extremely genuine.Please don't go by the reviews, these are mostly either fake or forced one's. I visited this Salon in Oct 2023 by seeing thier offer for Rs 2999/- for hair smoothening any length. When I reached their I realised it's just a trap to catch customers and make them come to the Salon.They said we can't do hair smoothening for you as your hair is damaged and will need to do Silk n shine treatment and ofcourse that was just to extract more money. Like a fool going by the reviews and trusted them and paid 5999/ for my a little over shoulder length hair.The guy, Kumar(If I correctly remember) was not at all a professional. Instead of concentrating on hair he was more interested in sitting outside and chitchatting. I told them clearly I do not want to do Keratin as it doesn't suit me, based in my past experience. He kept the cream on my hair for more than n hour and when I asked him to wash he said "Hua nahi hai". Because I have done these treatments 12-13 times I am very well versed with the process. So finally after wash my hair was extremely dry and I told him the same that I am not happy with the results. He said 2 din k baad aana and to ky horror next day he applied Keratin on my hair. When I saw the bottle he said it's not Keratin but being an educated person I could clearly see what was written on it. The salon kept denying. Long story short as a result of this I lost 80% of my hair. So please don't be lured by these fake reviews and fake offers.Not at all professionals.Also do note their reviews. The date of the customer review and the date on their response. It will never be in sync. for eg If I left a review 2 days back their thank you response will be 4 years ago. I found this very strange.

Sorry I am changing my review as the result changed in few days."I had considered hair smoothing, but my stylist recommended Nano Plastia or Botox due to my highlighted hair, as my stylist said smoothing will damage my hair. I chose Nano Plastia since it lasts longer than Botox's minimum of six months. Initially, on first day the treatment looked great, but just a few days after having my first wash , ( 5 days after the treatment) I noticed it is becoming curly again and feeling excessively dry. Unfortunately, the smooth and straight texture didn't last long, and I doubt it will even last a month. I'm sharing my honest feedback, not complaining, as I want to help improve the process."

I would like to change my opinion about the results and their service. First of all, they ask to put the review before the treatment is over,and the results stay just after 2 hairwashes. I had done keratin treatment. my hair stayed shiny and straight only till the first wash after the treatment now the hair has again become wavy.and staff is to rude. Not at all cooperative with the customer. I would request you all not to go on the reviews they are just taken before or immediately after the treatment but the result doesn't last long

While in Mumbai I was in need of finding a hair salon to do keratin and Brazilian blow dry type of straightening for my hair. I Googled near my area and found these guys and booked an appointment because of their great reviews. The guys who took care of my hair is really a pro! He worked hard to get my damaged hair looking good and healthy.I had Botox straightening and Keratin treatments. Do keep in mind that the Botox treatment is 3h long for shoulder length hair + 1h for the Keratin if you combine them. After 2 days you’ll need to come back for hair wash and hair spa. Overall very pleased and totally recommend them.

Visiting the salon for 3rd time and I am really satisfied.I did nanoplastia along with frizz free treatment which really controlled my frizz and made my hair shine.Thanxxx alott showstopper salon for maintaining the standard everytime and making me happyI visited second time to the same salon usual it was amazing.I was recommended nanoplastia along with protein spa.It was amazing.My hair got shine and was very happy once again.One of the best salon I have ever visited.Staff is very polite and humble.Customer service is really best.Not only about the customer service but the hair treatment which I did that is botox and keratin was done so nicely by the staff.Totally impressed by the services done.Also I got complementary services along with my hair services which really made me happy.Really the best one.Thank you soooo much show stopper for delighting ur customers.I will always choose this salon for any treatment(i.e.for my hair treatment as well as beauty services)Will recommend everyone to visit once.I am sure that they will make your experience as the best.

I came here for hair straightening and I m Fully satisfied with the service provided by the staff. The staff are friendly with regards to all your concerns and very communicative. Professional products used on hairs which safeguard the safety. Besides the results of hairs straightening were as expected from their reviews are good. Would surely recommend you this salon.

I got highlights and a hairspa done here. I was a little doubtful given the price of the treatment as other salons quoted me around 7k+ as my hair is long but I was pleasantly surprised with the results. Would highly recommend

Had a great experience with this salon.... My hair were dry n frizzy.... I had just been for smoothening but the hairstylist out here suggested kerasmooth treatment and the results were amazing... the damage also got repaired... Looking forward to my next time for highlights too...🤩

I reside at Borivali, all the long from Borivali I travel to this salon at Mira road for all my hair treatment. This is one of the best Salon I have ever come across. I just ❤️ love their service. No false promise only genuine advice with genuine work at an affordable price. As I have length till my hips but they make it work wonders after the treatment.
